Baby Drum looks like a baby now!!

Today was our 12 week ultrasound and doctor's appointment.  Everything went great!  First was the ultrasound.  The tech spent a lot more time with us than past visits.  We looked at different angles including the side profile, top of the head, and bottom of the feet.  Baby Drum was moving all over the place!  We got to see arms and legs moving all about.  At one point his/her hand was on his/her head.  (See photos below.)  They even did a 4D photo...which was pretty cool.  We got LOTS of pictures this time around!  We could not BELIEVE how much Baby Drum has changed since the last ultrasound about 2 or 3 weeks ago...looking less blob-like and more baby-like now!!  I am going to have to learn to be VERY patient for the next 8 weeks....until April 19th when we will FINALLY find out whether Baby Drum is actually a he or a she!!!  April 19th April 15th:  Please HURRY UP!!!!!  We then headed over to our doctor's office where we got to HEAR the heartbeat for the FIRST time.  Baby Drum's heart was beating at 164 bpm.  Last, was the visit over to bloodwork where they completed the testing for Down Syndrome, as well as other abnormalaties.  This was the BEST doctor's visit to date and we have lots of fun pictures to prove it!!

And last but not least (Sorry, Grandma....I know you don't care for the belly pics.)  here is my 12 week belly.  Does it look any bigger than the 9 week belly?  Sometimes I think it does...sometimes I think it doesn't.  My clothes DEFINATELY think it does.
